At Our Physio Co., we are a multidisciplinary allied health provider committed to helping people live healthier, more independent and fulfilling lives.
Since our beginnings in 2010, we have grown from a physiotherapy service into a comprehensive allied health organisation delivering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Podiatry and Dietitian services across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland. Today, we support thousands of Australians each year, helping people achieve meaningful improvements in their everyday lives — whether that's supporting a child to reach developmental milestones, assisting someone to recover from injury, or helping an older person maintain their independence and quality of life
Our Story
Our Physio Co. began in 2010 with a simple goal: to provide reliable, high-quality physiotherapy services that genuinely improved people’s quality of life.
What started as a physiotherapy-focused service has grown over the years into a multidisciplinary allied health organisation supporting people across different ages, needs and care settings. As the needs of our clients and communities have evolved, so have we.
Today, Our Physio Co. provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Podiatry and Dietetics services across clinic, home, community and residential aged care settings. Our growth has always been guided by the same core purpose: to deliver practical, compassionate and person-centred care that helps people live with greater independence, confidence and wellbeing.
With the coming together of our services under one organisation, Our Physio Co. now offers a more connected and coordinated allied health experience for clients, families, referrers and care partners. While we have grown significantly since 2010, our commitment remains the same — to support people at every stage of life with care that is professional, personal and focused on meaningful outcomes.
Care Designed Around You
We believe that quality healthcare should be accessible, flexible and centred around the individual.
Our clinicians work together with clients, families, carers, support networks and healthcare professionals to deliver meaningful outcomes that improve everyday life. We take the time to understand each person's unique goals and develop practical solutions that support long-term success.
Our services are available across a variety of settings, including:
In our clinic locations
In residential aged care facilities
In clients' homes
In schools and early learning environments
In community settings
Through Telehealth services
By providing care where it is most effective and convenient, we help our clients achieve better outcomes in the environments that matter most to them.
To help people do more of what they love, for longer.
Through physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry and dietetics, we support people of all ages to navigate challenges, build confidence and continue living life on their own terms.
Our Mission
A Team That Supports Every Stage of Life
No two people come to us for the same reason. For some families, it's concerns about a child's development, communication or participation at school. For others, it's recovering from surgery, managing a long-term health condition, returning to activities they enjoy, or finding ways to navigate daily life more comfortably.
Many of the older Australians we support simply want to continue doing the things they've always enjoyed — whether that's walking to the local shops, catching up with friends, attending community activities, or remaining in their own home for as long as possible.
That's why our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians and podiatrists who work together to support people through different stages of life, helping them maintain the routines, relationships and activities that are important to them.
Our Services
While each discipline brings specialised expertise, many of the people we support benefit from multiple services working together. By collaborating across our allied health team, we can provide more coordinated support and a better overall experience for clients, families, carers and care providers.
-
Our physiotherapists work with people of all ages to improve movement, strength and confidence.
For older adults, this may involve reducing falls risk, maintaining mobility, managing pain, recovering after illness or hospitalisation, and supporting independence for longer. For others, it may mean returning to sport, recovering from injury, building strength or staying active throughout life.
-
Everyday tasks can become more challenging due to age, disability, injury or developmental needs.
Our occupational therapists help people navigate these challenges by identifying practical solutions that make daily life easier. This may include equipment recommendations, home modifications, functional assessments, support with daily activities, sensory strategies, or helping children build skills for learning, play and participation.
-
Communication is an important part of staying connected with family, friends and the community.
Our speech pathologists support children and adults with speech, language, social communication and swallowing needs. From helping a child develop communication skills to supporting an older person experiencing changes following illness or ageing, our team focuses on improving participation in everyday life.
-
Food and nutrition play an important role in health at every stage of life.
Our dietitians work with individuals, families and older Australians to support healthy eating habits, manage chronic health conditions, address nutritional concerns and make practical changes that fit comfortably within everyday routines.
-
Being able to stay comfortably on your feet can have a significant impact on independence, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Our podiatrists support people with foot pain, skin and nail conditions, balance concerns and ongoing foot health needs. For many older Australians, maintaining good foot health is an important part of remaining mobile, active and connected to their community.
